In a suburb of Tokyo, about 2,000 Kurdish refugees of Turkish nationality live. Ohzan and Ramazan were displaced from their homeland and came to Japan as children. They are two young men who are considered illegal aliens by the authorities but continue to apply for refugee status in order to work and attend Japanese school. Documentary filmmaker Fuminari Hyuga focuses on living situation of young migrants who still hold on to their dreams and envision a future for themselves.
