Deep in the mountains, far from the pressures of urban life, a boarding school offers a refuge where 170 Japanese teenagers facing personal and social challenges can recover, change, and grow.

Observing closely, filmmaker Kenta Tanaka—himself a graduate of the school—follows the students as they navigate their inner conflicts and gradually find their own paths in life.

A deeply moving documentary that gently turns its gaze also toward the parents, teachers, and community members who silently support and witness their growth.
