Nozomi believes she is about to build a future with the teacher she loves — until she discovers he is set to marry another woman the very next day. Devastated, she crashes the wedding in despair, only to flee and collide with a delivery motorcycle carrying castella cakes.
When she wakes up in the hospital, she encounters a man with the same face as her former lover — yet he insists he is someone else, known only as “Castella.”
