The real story of Shuichi Tsubata, a 90-year-old architect, and his 87-year-old wife, Hideko. They live in a one-story house designed by Shuichi. He grows vegetables and fruits in his garden, harvests them and makes a living out of them. It was already 50 years ago that Shuichi wanted to build sustainable houses compatible with the surrounding nature but had to give up his plans due to other economic priorities in the area. So he quit his job, purchased land, and built his dream house for himself and his wife.
